We're doing it a bit different this year.  Booking site will allow you to add only the elements you want.  Early entries are open now but close 1st Jan.  If you want to book after this, you will not be able to get a t-shirt as that's after the date we have to get them ordered.  You won't be charged for the t-shirts though if you do not make the early entry.

Late entries just means you've left it too late to not only get a t-shirt, but also book a meal at the club.  Again, pricing will reflect that.
